The company secures an investment from one of the UK’s leading investors in SME businesses, YM Private Equity.

Relocation to a purpose-built manufacturing facility to enable increased facilities, scale and capacity to support their customers.
2022
Additional external storage space and painting facilities are secured at the facility in Heckmondwike, providing an additional 15,0000 sq ft to support business growth.
2023
Wakefield Acoustics is acquired by CECO Environmental.
2024
A second manufacturing site is established.
